1. Definitions

2.4 Prohibited Users

3. Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Requirements

rns7 is legally required to verify the identity of all users. You must submit the following documents upon request:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National ID (KTP) or valid passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (dated within the last three months) showing your current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face, ensuring both your face and the document details are clearly visible.

3.2 Verification Timeline

KYC verification is typically processed within 24 hours of document submission during business days. You may continue to deposit and play while verification is pending; however, you must complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held pending until the verification process is successfully completed.

3.3 Verification Failure

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

rns7 accepts deposits via the following methods: Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit unless specifically set by your chosen payment provider. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your rns7 account within 1-3 minutes of successful transaction completion. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. rns7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15-30 minutes during business hours (09:00-18:00 WIB on weekdays). Requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next business day.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at rns7's sole discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts, game restrictions, and time limits.
